Missouri Government Internship Application

Truman students can use this online form to apply for the Missouri Government Internship Program at Truman State University.

Information you will need to have ready for upload as part of this application includes:

  1. a current resume listing education, work experience (include both on- and off-campus jobs), and university activities (1 page)

  2. a 3-4 page writing sample (course work is encouraged); if your paper is more than 3-4 pages, please edit it to single spacing and add the title to the top of the page

After applicants complete this form, you will also need to stop by the Department of Political Science and International Relations in McClain Hall 214 to drop off a copy of your university unofficial Advising Transcript AND to reserve an interview time (interviews will take place Oct. 1, 2 & 3).

  1. Sign up for an interview (Interview dates: Oct. 1, 2 and 3)
  2. Drop off a copy of your unofficial Advising Transcript (available under the “Student” tab in TruView; see "Courses & Grades" tab under Student Data,” select “View Transcripts,” and print Transcript that shows grades for all semesters).
