Office Assistant II, RPDC

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include routing of phone calls; acting as a fiscal liaison with University business office; management of state/federal grants (including forms, etc.); acting as internal auditor of all RPDC revenues and expenditures; some accounts payable/receivable duties; facilitation of travel arrangements for staff; oversight of office supplies purchasing; and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications include a high school diploma; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work with University faculty, staff and students and the ability to effectively interact with staff and personnel from local public school systems; evidence of excellent computer skills (preferably with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point); and strong organizational and problem solving skills.

Preferred qualifications include secretarial experience, bookkeeping experience and some college or technical training.
