This position is responsible for processing admission applications, managing student documents and performing data entry, working with multiple population and stakeholder groups using established processes. This position will provide office and administrative support for university recruitment efforts and will perform other duties as assigned.  The starting hourly wage for this position is $12.88 per hour and offers great benefits, including medical insurance, generous vacation accruals, and several paid holidays.


Required qualifications include two years of administrative support experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, experience using word processing software, ability to navigate the Internet and ability to learn and use various computer programs.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in higher education and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning or Customer Relationship Manager software.
